We view the initial consultation as an opportunity for us to become acquainted.

- The bulk of the time spent together should be spent on YOU! Please allow us an opportunity to learn about YOUR specific situation – YOUR Family, YOUR Occupation, YOUR Recreation (what are YOU passionate about?), and finally about YOUR Money.
At your discretion, you may prepare for your interview by using these forms as a reference for collecting any relevant information. These forms may be filled and printed – then you can bring them along to your appointment.
