A life-long resident of Kenosha, Ed is married to his Bradford High School sweetheart, Lisa and they have three children – two sons and one daughter. Ed’s mantra is “My family comes first, and my business is a close second.” As a member of the Boy Scouts of America, Ed earned the rank of Eagle Scout in his youth and he values his involvement in Scouting as a kid, and now with his kids.
Ed has earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) professional designation from The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA.- The RICP® provides a wealth of practical information for advisors using the most current techniques to identify retirement income needs and objectives and evaluate a client’s current situation relative to those goals. Individuals who earn the RICP® can provide expert advice on a broad range of retirement topics including income needs and objectives, estate issues and other risks to the retirement income planning, Social Security, health insurance and housing decisions, and income taxation.
Professional affiliations include: Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Member of the Financial Services Institute (FSI), Member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Connect for Success with the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce, and Meals on Wheels. Ed is also active in his family & community life serving on various ministries at St. Anne Catholic Church in Pleasant Prairie. Recreationally, Ed loves spending time fishing with his kids, running, gardening, flying and woodworking in his home workshop.
